Step by Step
Book online
Book online and select your desired appointment time, along with your name, hotel, room details, and a brief description of how you're feeling. Appointments are instantly confirmed — no waiting for a call back.
Let your hotel reception know
If possible, let your hotel reception team know a doctor will be visiting, so they know to expect them and can direct them to you smoothly.
The doctor arrives at your hotel
Your doctor will come directly to your room at the agreed time, arriving with the same discretion you'd expect from any private, in-room service.
Your consultation
Your doctor will discuss your concerns and relevant medical history with you, carry out any necessary examination or tests, and take the time to talk everything through in an unhurried, private setting.
Diagnosis and treatment
Depending on your condition, your doctor may issue a printed private prescription (included where medically appropriate), or arrange an electronic prescription that can be collected from any nearby pharmacy, provide a referral for further care, or offer advice and a follow-up plan. Please note that medication costs are not included in the consultation fee, and prescriptions for controlled substances are not available through this service.
Payment and documentation
The total consultation fee is £400, taken securely at the time of booking. Following your consultation, you will receive a summary by email. An invoice suitable for insurance claims can be provided upon request.
